Postage & Packaging

A postage fee is charged only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched within 3 working days. Generally orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day. From time to time we may change our postage charges and timescales in relation to offers which can be withdrawn at any time. Cancellations of Orders

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days and obtain a full refund of all charges incurred with the original order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm your order has been cancelled by email. Orders are often sent out the day after ordering, if your order has been dispatched before we receive an email confirming your cancellation, you will be required return the goods and to pay the return postage charges. Returns of Faulty Goods

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded including return postage charges for inspected faulty items. For our full returns policy please view our Returns policy. We offer an automated returns process which takes around 95 seconds to complete and has no manual typing this will ensure your request is dealt with quickly. To use this facility you must log into your store account and activate a returns request.

If you have a faulty product and want a replacement we cannot offer a automated exchange in this case you would activate a return request and re-order the replacement item from the website, this will speed up the process and allow you to get a new item straight away. Once your return has been processed you will be refunded both the full product value plus your postage charges incurred in returning the item.

Delivery

Delivery of the goods using an approved courier will be to the UK/ROI address specified by you when you place your order and, accordingly, we will not be responsible for goods not received due to you supplying incorrect delivery details. We shall not be liable for loss caused by delay in delivery arising out of any reason beyond our control.

We always honour our product and service guarantees. For faulty items each specific product has its own guarantee, this will honored by ourselves the manufacturer of the product and will continue to honour the life of the guarantee.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire explosion or accident.
