Anodized

This Anodized Clad cookware has been expertly designed for those who appreciate professional performance. Two superior metals have been permanently bonded to form an unrivalled combination of durability and cooking performance. This clad construction guarantees fast, even heating extending all the way up the sides of the pan. The pan is constructed of 2 layers of metal for the body Stainless Steel & Aluminium of which the outer surface has been Anodized giving it superior strength & durability. The base has a further 2 layers of metal Aluminium and stainless Steel giving a total base thickness 4.5mm (average across all items).

Professional

This classically designed Professional Hard Anodized cookware range combines heavy gauge hard anodized aluminium with a superior non-stick coating. This provides superb heat distribution resulting in outstanding cooking performance. It also features DuPont's advanced Autograph Gourmet non-stick interior making for easy clean convenience and healthier cooking. The total body thickness is 3mm across all items apart from Skillets which have a thickness of 4mm.

Stainless Steel

This Stainless Steel cookware with an integral copper base has been expertly designed for those who appreciate professional performance. The superior double full cap base construction ensures exceptional cooking performance and even heat distribution with no hot spots. The lids are stainless steel and handles are riveted for durability and complement the look of this cookware. The pan is constructed of solid stainless steel for the body and a further 3 metals for the base (Copper, Aluminium & Stainless Steel) giving it superior strength and a total base thickness 7.7mm (average across all items).
